Hassle-Free Joomla Hosting The last time we had a major server issue was about three years ago. Our servers were temporarily down for about two hours between one and three in the morning. Our team in Atlanta handles the hardware issues and I do the support. My "support duties" consist of about a dozen calls a month, nearly all from brand new customers with a few start-up questions. We keep the support calls low by keeping those servers humming smoothly, but when you do have questions, you call me directly and I'll understand. I run a few dozen sites myself and I am a PHP/MySQL and Joomla! developer. I'll either know the answers or I'll get them in a hurry.
